What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: Due to covid our payment method is strictly EFT, however an exception to the rule can be made.

What Covid 19 precautions do you adhere to?

Answer: Covid protocol procedures are adhered to. On arrival we ensure that our fully equipped mobile unit and all grooming tools is sanitized before we permit the fur baby into the unit.

How long will my pets grooming take?

Answer: This can vary quite abit depending on whether you have a dog / cat. With regards to dogs, this varies further depending on how big your dog is, what breed it is and how thick your dogs coat is. Typically, a bath will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Our haircuts (depending on pet breed and size) will take between 75 minutes to 115 minutes.

Does my pet need to have had all its shots?

Answer: We do require proof that your pet has been vaccinated before we begin on any of our grooming packages. Would you trust a groomer that doesn’t take such precautions? Once you’ve been a customer, we do keep your pet’s vaccination files on record to save time ahead of your next appointment with us.

Should I tip my pet's groomer?

Answer: A tip is not required as we do look after all our groomers well. However, if you do want to give our groomers a tip, we won’t object.

What areas does Pamper My Pet operate in?
Answer: We operate mainly in the South, North and West of Johannesburg, and surrounding areas like Alberton, Meyersdal, Brackendowns and Brackenhurst. However, please feel free to fill out our booking form even if you aren’t in any of the above-mentioned areas as exceptions can sometimes be made.
